Sizes are not the same from one brand to the next - a Sniper XL and a 5.11 XL do not fit the same body. Find your brand below, measure against the diagram, and order the size that matches your measurements rather than the label you usually wear.
Lay the garment flat and measure across, then double it - that is what “flat × 2” means on every chart here. Measure a garment that already fits you well rather than measuring your body.
Take the larger one for outer layers and anything worn over body armour or a fleece, and the smaller one for base layers and fitted shirts.
